Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the 3tap.ai website, subscription, API, and iPhone Shortcut.
Using 3tap
You must use 3tap lawfully, protect your API key, and have the right to process any screenshot or content you submit. You may not abuse the service, bypass limits, probe other accounts, distribute your API key, or use 3tap to violate another person’s rights.
AI results
AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading. Check important information before relying on it. 3tap is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice, and you remain responsible for decisions made from its output.
Subscription and trial
3tap Pro includes a 7-day trial and then renews at $9.95 USD each month until canceled. Pro currently includes 500 successful AI requests per UTC calendar month. Stripe processes payment. Taxes may apply where required.
Cancellation and billing help
You may cancel by emailing billing support before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access may continue until the current paid period ends. To avoid the first charge, request cancellation before the trial expires. Billing questions and refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or legal compliance. We may change these terms or future pricing with reasonable notice when required. Material changes do not retroactively alter an already-paid billing period.
Ownership
You keep rights in content you submit. You grant us and our processors the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service. The 3tap website, software, branding, and service design remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for 3tap during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
